Mung dhal is a staple food. It is good for digestive system and nourishing food of your diet. Mung dhal contains protein, fibre, B vitamins, iron, magnesium, folate and zinc. Its support healthy digestion, elimination and energy food.

Instructions: Rinse with water or soak it before cooking. One cup of dhal and three cup of boiling water. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes in medium, low heat mostly covered. Add ghee or olive oil. Spice for flavour and salt as taste.
